Contracts Specialist
Kuwait Office

We are looking for a Contracts Specialist to play a key role in driving our proposal and contract management activities. This position will oversee the entire process from RFP analysis and proposal coordination through to contract drafting, negotiation, and execution, ensuring compliance with
company policies and legal requirements. The role will work closely with business development to deliver high-quality proposals, while also managing subcontractor records, cost controls, risk
management, and business continuity planning. The Contracts Specialist will liaise with finance to ensure timely invoicing and payments, provide legal and commercial guidance, and safeguard the company's contractual interests.

. 5+ years of experience in contracts, RFPs, and proposal writing.
· Strong knowledge of contract regulations and commercial terms.
. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
· Experience with ERP . Familiarity with US DoD contracts is a plus.
